About Diane Barnes-Reynolds

Certified in mediation and arbitration by the Florida Supreme Court, Diane Barnes-Reynolds offers clear, impartial guidance, grounded in over twenty years of litigation experience.

Diane Barnes-Reynolds is a Florida Supreme Court Certified County and Circuit Mediator and Certified Court-Appointed Arbitrator with more than two decades of experience as a civil litigator. As a mediator and arbitrator, Diane draws upon 21 years of experience mediating and arbitrating disputes on behalf of her clients, including individuals, insurers, small businesses, and corporations.

Prior to engaging in her mediation and arbitration practice full-time, Diane was a Partner in the firm of Simon Reed & Salazar, P.A., and is a former Partner of the law firm Butler Weihmuller Katz Craig, LLP. Diane is a member of The Florida Bar and is admitted to practice in all Florida Federal District Courts.

She is an alumna of the International Association of Defense Counsel Trial Academy and of the Hillsborough County Bar Association Leadership Institute, a treatise co-author, a frequent public speaker, and a continuing legal education presenter.

Diane is a former Claims Conference Committee Member for the Property & Liability Resource Bureau (PLRB) and former Co-Chair of the CLM Insurance Fraud Committee Publications Sub-Committee of the Claims & Litigation Management Alliance (CLM).
